“Art in the Open: A community forum on the value of public art”

Savona Bailey-McClain, Executive Director & Chief Curator for the West Harlem Art Fund will lead a panel on Sunday, June 29th at 4:30 p.m. on public art at the Harlem Arts Festival. The lineup of the panel includes Painter/Teacher/Street Artist Alice Mizrachi, Dancer/Choreographer Gentry Isaiah George and Actress Celeste Muniz.

Public art is proving to be the right mix for Harlem river to river. And technology is adding this scene and making it accessible to large audiences not just in Harlem but around the City.  Below are more images of the artists or their work.
