Stained Glass Artist Ellen Mandelbaum joins WHAF for Harlem Armory Day

The West Harlem Art Fund will once again produce an event & installations for Armory Arts Week 2013. For Harlem Armory Day, there will be a public art tour of stained glass windows at St. John the Divine at 11 a.m. with special guest stained glass artist Ellen Mandelbaum. Featured above are her works for public and private venues.

Mandelbaum is internationally recognized for her innovative stained glass commissions. These include installations for The Queens College Art Center, Marian Woods Retirement Facility in Westchester, and a thirty-foot high window for the South Carolina Aquarium.

Artists from around the City are invited to come to both the tour & portfolio review for public art installations which will follow afterwards. Cost for the tour & lunch is $20 per person. To reserve a space, email westharlemartfund12@gmail.com.
